 Bitumen Heating &Storage tank
1200 litre bitumen heating/storage tank. Bitumen tank is heated by G20 Riello automatic diesel burner. The storage tank is heated by heating transfer oil pipe. |
 Batch Heater
0.3m3 capacity, contra-rotating mixer with hard wearing removeable steel liners and paddles, shafts are mounted in bearings and driven directly from electric motor. Button operated outlet door for rapid discharge of mixed material. |
 Power Unit Generator
Air cooled diesel engine developing 30kW on load and using light diesel oil, with air filter, Oil filter and exhaust silencer. Electric start, drives motors for both heater drum and mixer. |
